Project Description
lakeney Leigh were retained by 1a Grosvenor Gardens Ltd to project manage the preservation of the existing facade.
The Property is part of the Grosvenor Estate and in a prominent position at the rear of Buckingham Palace. As such its location and high value of apartments required considerable sympathy and conservation experience to ensure the long-term preservation.
The Project consisted of the following elements:
• Access and security provisions
• Conservation and repair of stonework
• Repair and redecoration of fenestration
• Repairs to flat and pitched roof coverings
• Specialist lead work repairs
