Project Description
lakeney Leigh were commissioned to design and specify internal alterations to a new resource centre in the heart of the Aylesbury Estate in South London, one of the largest housing estates in Europe.
The project required careful stakeholder identification as it was clear that the new development had not taken into account and requiring alterations to be made. Complex internal management issues were controlled by Blakeney Leigh and full consultation undertaken to ensure full engagement of all stakeholders.
The building works were supervised both for the main contractor and nominated client suppliers requiring effective project programming to ensure targets and budgets were met.
