lakeney Leigh were retained as contract administrator for this project. The works comprised of flat roof renewal with a 30-year guarantee and internal fire precaution works including flat entrance door renewals.

Blakeney Leigh prepared the specification, and the tender, gaining best value for the client.

Onsite all quantities were checked measured and appropriate cost forecasts were provided to the client. All change management was recorded and value engineering exercise was carried out to ensure the contract was delivered on budget.

Special liaison with the vulnerable residents and care staff was paramount and Blakeney Leigh were at the forefront of this liaison to ensure the works progressed as per the contract program.
