lakeney Leigh were retained by London Borough of Southwark to manage the internal Decent homes refurbishment of two, twenty-storey residential blocks.

This project required high levels of resident consultation for the selection of the kitchen units and internal finishes. it also included the provision of a mechanically pumped cold water service to maintain pressure to heating systems at all levels within the properties.

With a large number of occupants, having works carried out over a 3 week period the programme needed to be flexible to ensure minimal disruption to each resident and it was important that residents were consulted daily

on progress.
