lakeney Leigh were retained as contract administrator for this project. The works comprised of Window Replacement and internal fire precaution works including flat entrance door renewals.

Blakeney Leigh prepared the specification, and the tender, whilst achieving planning permission for the window renewals.

Full Contract administration services were provided including Clerk of works where a dedicated member of the team ensured works were carried out as per the specification and to the highest quality.
