lakeney Leigh were commissioned to carry out a detailed site appraisal, including a full condition survey of all internal and external elements, of this Grade II listed historical Power Station. Our team of Chartered Surveyors used a range of technologies to ensure every detail was captured, including Matterport 3D capture providing a walkthrough guide to detail the condition against the assessment without the need to attend the site. With our in-house Quantity Surveyors, we put together a detailed cost analysis report to restore this important historical building to a safe and compliant condition, for future users.
Our in-house Architects scan measured using our Leica RTC360 3D Laser Scanner before creating a Revit (BIM) model for future use.
Additional services included, Full M&E appraisal, Conservation, UXO Survey, Asbestos Survey, Structural defect analysis, Topographic survey, Ecology Survey and Transport assessment.
