Blakeney Leigh Limited were commissioned by Royal Borough of Greenwich to provide all professional services in relation to cost, tender preparation and contract management services for the Gordon Primary
School – Playroom Shelter scheme.

Gordon Primary School is a Grade II Listed Primary School that was subject to refurbishment works including works to the Playroom Shelter that Blakeney Leigh were commissioned to package up, contract manage and discharge listed building planning conditions.

The works included roof structure replacement and alteration to include roof light, zinc roof covering replacement, timber ceiling replacement and general internal refurbishment.

These works were carried out successfully carried out during normal term time with parties very pleased with the outcome of the project and the improved Playroom Shelter space.
