Complete refurbishment including all services, such as heating and ventilation, toilets, creation of a mezzanine level with open atriums, fire-protection and alarm system and all finishes.
Building an extension to form a Boiler Room with pram/pushchair storage.
Specialist work including rubble and sawn stonework and lime mortar pointing; exposing historical truss joinery work; conservation roof windows.
