Project Description
Blakeney Leigh were commissioned by London Borough of Southwark to undertake a number of drone surveys of over a thousand properties around the Borough.
Using the latest drone technology, we gathered aerial photographs capturing all exterior details of individual properties without having to erect scaffolding, proving the used technology to be both effective and more convenient for all parties involved. The drone surveys included all relevant information needed (windows, doors and roofs conditions, and more) to create a comprehensive set of condition surveys to ascertain works needed for the Quality Homes Investment Programme.
Following on from the initial surveys, Blakeney Leigh were later asked to manage a programme of repairs for these properties. The project was supervised throughout to ensure budget, programme and quality targets were met.https://blakeneyleigh.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2021/10/Case-study_Drone-Surveys.pdf
