lakeney Leigh were commissioned by Cinnabar Wharf RTM Company Limited c/o Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward to provide a 15 year planned maintenance programme for a high end purpose built block of apartments in Wapping with a prime riverside location.
Our team of surveyors carried out a full inspection of the interior and exterior of the building, and prepared a fully costed capital expenditure programme.
