In 2021 we were approached by the managing agents for this residential block after they had received a (B2) EWS1
certificate.
Blakeney Leigh provided a scope and strategy for remediation alongside via the government Cladding Remediation Fund (BSF)

The site had three small towers and 1 large tower around residential and commercial buildings all measured over 18m with Expanded Polystyrene Insulation (EPS) render. In addition, ACM panels were located on the tower. All combustible materials were removed and replaced with Rockwool before re cladding the building to match like for like.

The project was challenging working against a canal and being very close to Nottingham University.
