lakeney Leigh were commissioned to re-design the internal office layout over three floors including full electrical and data rewire installation of new kitchen, bathroom and rest facilities.

A specification of works was drawn up and tenders issued. We then managed the works onsite through to completion. Works were phased to enable staff to continue working on alternative floors with the communal staircases being completed out of office hours.

The project was completed on time and on budget enabling Securitax to expand their staffing levels as required.
