Project Description
lakeney Leigh were appointed as designer under a Design and Build contract for Engie the main contractor who were appointed under the London Borough of Southwark’s Framework Contract.
Blakeney Leigh were employed to achieve planning permission for 22 additional rooftop homes used for social rent and an additional 2 hidden homes being created from redundant garages.
This project was created as a level 2 BIM project, Blakeney Leigh utilised BIM 360 Team to store and exchange project information under the control of our BIM Manager.
