Project Description
lakeney Leigh were retained by London Borough of Southwark to design and manage the external refurbishment of all of Southwark’s Solid wall constructed blocks. A total of 59 blocks were covered in
External Wall Insulation (EWI). All blocks went through a pre-planning process, Blakeney Leigh provided a resident consultation process providing residents with detailed block elevation drawings showing colour options, then a further 8 week planning process was observed before works progressed. A full project management service was provided with detailed snagging of all works carried out.
