Project Description
This project is part of the Royal Borough of Greenwich Direct Delivery Framework which will deliver a series of new build social housing on brownfield sites across the Borough.
The Underwood, including a series of 7 two bedroom houses and one three bedroom wheelchair accessible house, was designed to be a net-zero carbon sustainable development. All houses were prefabricated using SIP panels and assembled on site, which allowed for a brief construction period and quick delivery to the client.
The Underwood has been awarded the 2021 #OFFSITEAWARDS Social Housing Project of the Year!
