Project Description
This project is a part of Royal Borough of Greenwich Term Alliance Contract as part of their ambitious promise to deliver 750nr council homes.
Thannington Court at Restons Crescent provides two new 3 bed 5 person homes, These houses were constructed using structurally insulated panels (SIPs) which are constructed offsite in a factory before being delivered to site and pieced together. The site was a disused garage site behind an existing block of flats. The dwellings were designed over 3 floors with wrap around gardens.
These properties are for social rent by the Royal Borough of Greenwich and boast Net Zero Carbon credentials meaning users of the homes will have minimal energy costs thanks to the Solar PV, ASHP, and MVHR systems utilised for powering and heating the property.
