lakeney leigh were approached by Albins & Hitchcock who had a plot of land currently used as a storage facility. We were tasked with obtaining planning permission to create a new residential dwelling house.

After consultation with the local planning authority, Blakeney Leigh obtained permission to create a warehouse style 2-bed dwelling, including terrace cycle storage and renewable energy to power the home.

Currently, the client is in negotiations with a builder to complete this project so watch this space for more to follow.
