Onsite all quantities were checked measured and appropriate cost forecasts were provided to the client. All change management was recorded and value engineering exercise was carried out to ensure the contract was delivered on budget.
Special liaison with the vulnerable residents and care staff was paramount and Blakeney Leigh were at the forefront of this liaison to ensure the works progressed as per the contract program.
