Project Description
his project is part of the Royal Borough of Greenwich Term Alliance Contract, which promises
to deliver an ambitious number of 750 new council homes on brownfield and back land sites.
Pultney Mews provides a total of 6 houses, 4 no. three bedroom houses and 2 no. two bed-
room houses built on a site of disused garages. These houses were largely constructed offsite in a factory before being delivered to site and assembled.
These properties are for social rent by the Royal Borough of Greenwich and boast Net Zero
Carbon credentials, meaning users of the homes will have minimal energy costs from the Solar
PV, ASHP, and MVHR systems utilised for powering and heating the property.
