Project Description
his project is part of the Royal Borough of Greenwich Direct Delivery Framework which will
deliver a series of new build social housing on brownfield sites across the Borough.
Flintmill Crescent consists of two 3 bedroom 5 persons wheelchair accessible houses on two
floors with a through floor lift. The houses were designed to be a net-zero carbon sustainable
development.
All houses were prefabricated using SIP panels and assembled on site, which allowed for a
brief construction period and quick delivery to the client.
